These terms apply to our SEO services and to your use of this website. Please read them before you hire us. When you accept a quote in writing, you agree to them.

Who We Are

Rank Fellows is a trading name of Rank Fellows . We are registered in England and Wales under company name Rank Fellows. Our registered office is 30 Station St, Walsall WS2 9JZ, UK.

  • Email: minqad@rankfellows.com

Who These Terms Cover

We sell to businesses only. If you buy for your business, these terms form your contract with us. They do not give you consumer rights meant for private buyers.

Our Services

We offer these services:

  • Local SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • On-Page SEO
  • Keyword Research and Strategy
  • Content Writing
  • Link Building and Digital PR
  • SEO Audits
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • SEO consulting and training

Each quote lists the work, the monthly cost and the contract length. Work not on the quote is outside the scope. We agree any extra work in writing before we start.

Free SEO Audit

Your first audit is free and carries no duty to hire us. We review your public website, local listings and rivals. We ask for read-only access only. We do not change your site during an audit. We offer one free audit for each business.

Quotes and Contracts

A quote stays open for [30] days. A contract starts when you accept the quote in writing. Email counts as writing. Each quote states the contract length and the notice period.

Fees and Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. They do not include VAT unless we say so. We invoice ongoing plans monthly in advance. We invoice one-off projects on completion or at agreed stages.

  • Invoices are due within [14] days.
  • We may charge interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • We may pause work if an invoice is more than [14] days overdue.
  • Third party costs, such as tools or paid listings, are not included unless the quote says so. We ask for your approval first.

Contract Length and Cancellation

Ongoing plans run for the length on your quote. After that, they continue month to month. You can end the contract by giving the notice period on your quote. We can end it on the same notice.

Either of us can end the contract at once after a serious breach. The other side must have failed to fix it within 14 days. You pay for all work done up to the end date.

What We Need From You

  • Accurate information about your business
  • Access to the accounts and systems we need
  • Quick approval of major changes
  • The right to change your website and use the materials you give us
  • Your own backups of your website

If you delay, our timelines move too.

Your Accounts and Data

You own your website, domain, Google accounts and data. We work in them with your permission. You keep admin access to your own accounts. When the contract ends, we remove our access.

No Guarantee of Results

Search engines and AI tools change often and keep their ranking methods private. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. So we do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

We do promise to carry out the agreed work with reasonable skill and care.

Our Methods

We follow Google’s Search Essentials. We do not buy links, run link networks or post fake reviews. We can refuse any request that breaks search engine rules or the law.

You are responsible for the claims on your website. This includes prices, reviews and regulated content, such as health or legal advertising. We may suggest wording, but you approve it.

Content and Intellectual Property

When you pay in full, you own the content we write for you. We keep our methods, tools, templates and know how. You give us permission to use your materials to carry out the work.

Third party materials stay with their owners. We will not name you as a client or share your results publicly without your permission.

Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other’s confidential information private. This does not cover information that is public or that the law requires us to share. This duty lasts for [two] years after the contract ends.

Data Protection

We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Sometimes we handle personal data for you, such as data in your Analytics or review accounts. Then we act as your processor. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.
